It is almost the end of 2025 and it seems as though the year has flown by. Happy solstice, and just think, the days are starting to get longer.
So much has happened this year. It is a difficult time for many people and the news we are seeing or reading everyday does not help at all. I won’t go into all the bad news. Instead, I want to brighten our thoughts and raise our vibrations with a number of wonderful scientific studies that are good news.
The first is about light therapy being investigated and used to heal cancer.

I’ve also read a book called Soul Boom. Why we need a spiritual Revolution by Rainn Wilson. [Rainn Wilson plays Dwight Shrute in The Office.] He belongs to the Baha’i faith and I knew nothing about it prior to reading the book.
In his book, Wilson explores the role spirituality can and should play in developing solutions for the myriad problems we face today. He brings humor and a unique perspective to the idea that our world is in desperate need of profound healing. Existing political and economic systems are not solving the problems. His approach to spirituality applies to people of all faiths, including atheists and his hope is that a healing transformation can be found on both a personal and global level. The book is filled with insight and amusing and enlightening references to Kung Fu and Star Track, which makes for interesting reading.
