How do I continue my training?

Once you completed the three-day Bioenergy Workshop training you can increase your knowledge of the bioenergy healing process, by attending our monthly tutorials. For centuries, energy has proven to be a powerful force in healing the mind, body, and spirit. Study your Workshop handouts. You owe it to yourself to continue and improve your healing powers.

Some of you may want to advance your training and possibly practice energy healing in a clinical situation. We have developed a Healing Transformation Graduate Certificate program for you. It’s outlined below. Please let Ellen Lewinberg know if you want to advance further.

Graphic: Tree of multi colors representing healing

Monthly Tutorials for all Bioenergy Workshop Graduates

Ellen hosts monthly tutorial meetings on the first Saturday of every month if enough students have signed up. We meet in person from 2 to 4pm. Cost is $25 per meeting to attend. Here you can practice bioenergy healing patterns, ask in-depth questions, and share experiences with other students. On the rare occasion that Ellen is not available, one of our other Bioenergy Therapists will host.

We invite you to gather with us in these refresher group meetings every month or as often as you can. Once you attend one of our tutorials or ask to be placed on our list, Ellen will remind you about our future meetings by email. Please remember to contact Ellen and let her know you plan to attend.

Healing Transformation Graduate Certificate Program

For those of you who want to progress further than family and friends with bioenergy healing, our Healing Transformation Graduate Certificate Program can help you achieve your dream. We designed the program to give you hands-on experience with the healing process. If you apply yourself in this Certificate Program, you should be able to do energy healing in a clinical situation. That’s exactly how Ellen got her start in 2009.

To earn your Certificate, you need to complete the following:

Step 1: Individual Practice

For this step, you will work with your clients, usually family and friends at this point, to set up times and places for you to practice your bioenergy healing techniques. Remember actual treatment time usually lasts between 20-minutes and one-hour. To help your client heal naturally, use the patterns described in the handouts we gave you during the Workshop.

For Step 1, you will need to complete:

  • 15-four-day treatments
  • 5-different conditions
  • 5-different people

You will also complete a form that we provide to you to record your experiences. Make copies. After you complete a four-day treatment, email the form to Ellen for review. Afterwards, she will go over your experiences with you and discuss any difficulties you might have had. Please do not wait to hand the forms in together, once completed send in each set of treatments. In this way you and Ellen can focus on the technique for that condition in your discussion.

Ellen will mentor you throughout this process. You can contact her by phone or email to answer your questions.

Step 2: Attend Tutorials

While you complete Step 1: Individual Practice, you need to attend five of the monthly tutorials. (Refer to above for details.) Remember the fee is $25 per meeting. Ellen will observe your work with other students during the tutorial to ensure you are mastering your healing techniques.

Step 3: Clinical Practice

After you completed your Individual Practice and participated in five Tutorials, it will be time to test you on the patterns. Testing will ensure that you know how to treat the conditions as described in the hand-outs. If you followed the program, this should be easy for you.

Call or email Ellen to schedule a time for you two to meet. This usually takes about two hours.

Remember

Ellen believes the more bioenergy healers there are in the world, the better off we will be. Because of her belief, she is available at any time for you to text or call her to discuss work you may be doing with any private clients you many have. She will respond as soon as she can. All of us want you to succeed as a bioenergy healer.

The Physics of God: A Book Review

Book Cover: The Physics of God

The Physics of God: How the Deepest Theories of Science Explain Religion and How the Deepest Truths of Religion Explain Science

by Joseph Selbie | New Page Books (October 1, 2021) 2nd Edition

I found The Physics of God by Joseph Selbie completely fascinating. The book addresses how the science of religion and the modern (quantum physics) science of reality are fully congruent with one another.

Book Cover: The Physics of God

His writing style is easy to read and understand. The examples he gives I found to be both interesting and intriguing.

Selbie  explains how near-death experiences, miracles, and other phenomena, described by saints and sages throughout the ages, are fully harmonious with scientific discoveries of today. This includes the fields of relativity, medicine, quantum physics, neuroscience, and quantum biology.

I believe most of us are familiar the placebo effect — a mind over matter phenomena. A lesser known and more dramatic example he gives of mind over matter is of people who have multiple personality disorder. He writes…

“…studies have shown that one personality can be allergic to specific allergens, such as bee-sting toxin, and other personalities within the same individual are not allergic. One personality can be left-handed while other personalities are right-handed. One personality can have moles or scars that another does not. One personality can need glasses while others do not.”

These physical changes are as instantaneous as the change in personality.

Meditation

Selbie describes meditation as the objective instrument in the “science of religion.”

Early in his life he had a transcendental experience with psychedelic drugs. This experience had him wanting to have such an experience without drugs. He discovered he could through meditation which he has continued for over 50 years.

Through his years of study, Selbie discovered that the laws governing the physical world and the laws that govern the spiritual world are inextricably interconnected. This book, The Physics of God, explains how and why.

Find more information about Joseph Selbie on his website: Intersections of Science and Spirituality.

I really enjoyed this book.

Husband and Wife Healers

Older couple hugging each other

As I prepared for my spring workshop in 2023 to teach new students how to become Bioenergy Healers, I came across this testimonial from a former client and student. I thought it shows how families can work together to be healthy. Healing naturally is the best medicine.

Take care,

~~Ellen

Husband and Wife Healers treat each other.

We had a wonderful email from a former client and student which I want to share with you.

ML came to see us in 2009. She suffered from left ventricle cardiomyopathy. She was in a health crisis. Her doctor told her she was a “walking heart attack” and had forbidden her to travel even to her cottage. She was not to play golf or pick up her grandchildren.

She began bioenergy therapy and started to have more and more energy. Eventually she started exercising and gradually resumed her normal life. She and her husband decided to do the Healing Transformation workshop to become healers.  They have been treating each other since. Here is what she wrote:

Good news at cardiologist this week … I think a miracle. My ejection factor has gone up every year … 31 upwards to last year 43 … this year went to 47. He was so pleased and said my heart is healing! Quite astounded. I also added a spiritual component to my healing … Wanted you to know. We do my protocol every few weeks.

P.S. What is ‘ejection fraction’ and its link to heart failure? Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is the measurement of how much blood is being pumped out of the left ventricle of the heart (the main pumping chamber) with each contraction.

The Power of Groups Meditating

Dear all,

I think you all know how I feel about meditation and how important it is for our wellbeing.

All of us easily recognize the benefits of meditating for individuals. In Mayo Clinic’s article Meditation: A simple, fast way to reduce stress, the Clinic states that “Meditation can wipe away the day’s stress, bringing with it inner peace.”

In the last few years there has been more and more research about group meditation. It shows that group meditation is an equally powerful tool. Small groups meditating for peace have reduced crime and stress in an area while increasing happiness. Yet, few government organizations take these peaceful efforts seriously.

People understand the individual benefits but are having a hard time understanding that organized groups meditating for peace can make an enormous difference.

Unfortunately, research shows that once the group stops meditating, it only takes about 12 weeks for the city or country to move back to baseline.

In the Permanent Peace article about the theory of Vedic science of consciousness, “war is said to begin in the collective consciousness of entire societies.” In other words, war begins in our minds. Therefore, peace can also become our reality when society’s focus is on peace and harmony.

The standard what we think about comes about is true for both war and peace. The international group Creators of Peace believe in that statement. Founded and supported by women around the world, they ask us to Be the peace you want to see in the world. They hold Peace Circles around the globe.

Creators of Peace is part of the international Initiatives of Change which also has a presence in Canada.

Improving your inner peace.

Meditation teacher and former monk, Chad Foreman, identifies inner peace through group meditation as “Subtle Activism.” You might check him out. He offers free guided meditation videos and instructions like posture through his website The Way of Meditation. Links to other meditation teachers can also be found throughout the site. Five Different Meditations That Use the Breath includes a link to a breathing technique taught by Marcel Hoff – who is the brother to Wim Hof.

There’s an upcoming opportunity to learn how to be a “subtle activist.” I have shared about Heart Math on my blog posts including my book review on Heart Intelligence. Beginning March 31st, they are hosting the third annual HeartMath Institute Global Coherence. I encourage you to attend this virtual event, Unleashing the Power of Collective Heart Intention: Manifesting a New Era of Care, Compassion and a Cooperative World. I especially encourage you if you are working towards inner and outer peace. There will be opportunities to meet up with other “like-hearted” participants in the breakout sessions.

One of the topics you will learn more about is “the importance of collective compassion to facilitate humanity” which I am addressing in this article. Another topic introduces us to the new Global Consciousness Project — 2.0 – we discussed the predecessor work above. These inspiring speakers will help you move us into a more connected and peaceful world.

Together we can make a difference.

~~Ellen

P.S. I’m also including a link to My former student Michèle Duquet’s YouTube channel where she offers free meditation videos.  She’s making a difference. You can too. Become a Bioenergy Healer at our Spring Workshop in May.

If you desire to help others, this workshop can change your life and the lives of those around you. It changed mine.

In 2010, I closed my psychoanalytic practice after 30-years to devote full time to energy healing. I turned to energy healing after I was diagnosed with cancer. (Today I am cancer free and have been for decades.) What I discovered was that when I added bioenergy healing into my clients’ wellness plans, they experienced tremendous progress towards a better and healthier life. This progress for my clients continues.

Because of this, I have been teaching others to become Bioenergy Healers for over a decade.

Become a Bioenergy Healer

My goal is for you, and hundreds of other people who care about others, to learn to be bioenergy healers. I truly believe that the more practitioners there are, the better the world will be.

“Energy medicine has been used effortlessly by a variety of healers in various forms to improve health for centuries.”

Everything — including the human body — is made of energy | December 3, 2019, by Kerry D’Ambrogio, D.O.M., P.T. in Massage Magazine

Join us to become a Bioenergy Healer. Help us make the world a better place to live, work, and play by helping others balance their energy to health.

Call me 416-203-2744. Let me answer any questions you may have.

Take care,
